AUTOMATIC UNIT FOR FILLING FOAM EXTINGUISHERS
The unit is completely made of steel and aluminum and can be integrated into existing fire extinguisher production lines, or it can work as an independent unit.
The system involves the filling of wheeled and portable fire extinguishers of all kinds, the mixing of the components, with almost absolute precision, can manage up to three products + water.
The products to be mixed are sucked directly from their original tank, either from the ground or from an elevated position, the water directly from the aqueduct or from the customer's supply origins.
The process, very fast, is completely automatic and there is also an anti-drip system to avoid dirtying the production line or its workbench.
Dosing and mixing are managed by a very modern PLC programmed directly by Aesse technicians, work orders can be managed from a comfortable and intuitive touch screen, from which we can set many functions, some of which:
• Recipes of mixes set and settable fire extinguisher for fire extinguisher;
