Filling system for portable and wheeled fire extinguishers with automatic weight control for laptops, while for wheeled vehicles, without further accessories, by means of a external scale, not connected to the system (not included in the machine). The Silo Matic Smart equipment can use both 25 kg bags and 1000 kg big bags as a powder reserve without causing environmental pollution by dust.
The system carries out a recovery of powder in an internal tank, whereby the machine automatically sucks up the powder from the recovery tank to put it in the fire extinguishers, the deactivation of the recovery is carried out manually by the operator. The weighing can be set using a special viewer integrated in the electrical panel in an ergonomic position.
The machinery of limited size and light weight can be easily integrated even in equipped workshop wagons.
The filling times of a 6 kg portable tank are approximately 70 sec.
