The plant MAS1.3 allows the filling of portable and wheeled powder extinguishers from 1 to 100 kg. of capacity. Equipped with double filling program, fast and slow for maximum loading precision on any type of tank. The empty recovery and reserve tank allows to avoid waste of powder for filling and dispersions in the work environment thanks to an automatic cleaning system at the end of each filling cycle. The powder is stored in the 1000 kg tank. The suction of the dust in the tank is carried out with a direct hopper for big-bags, filling times of the tank of about 5/15 min.
COMPONENTS
N.1 tank, equipped with filters, in painted carbon steel, capacity 1000 kg. ABC powder;
N.1 smaller tank with empty tank function and end of cycle dust recovery;
N.1 hopper for filling the dust containment tanks, with primary dust-breaking filter and cleaning system for any accidental dust spills. Filling takes place directly from big-bags, 1000kg in about 4/5 min. with fluid powders.
N.1 filling station made of aluminum and stainless steel which contains the filling head with pneumatic actuation and advancement, the electronic weighing system with 99 memories that can be set by the user, general electrical panel managed by PLC, nr. 02 filling programs, slow and fast, with powder passage speed up to 1 kg / sec for the fast program, vacuum pump.
